Meet the Maker

Hello, my name is Laura and I'm the face behind Fairly Fabulous. 

When I'm not making melts I am busy being a Mum, Wife, and Early Years Educator for a local authority run Early Learning Centre. I also love to read, spend time with family, and binge watch Netflix shows :)

I started my business as I was fed up of paying for mass produced wax melts that I felt were of inferior quality, and didn't last long. I knew I could do a much better job, with the added bonuses of being able to choose what they smelled and looked like!

I also love the melt making process, and find it super relaxing to spend time making, designing and labelling my melts. 

The wax I have chosen (Rapeseed and Coconut) is 100 percent plant based, making it vegan friendly, sustainable and bio-degradable - so it is as environmentally friendly as possible. It also melts at relatively low temperatures, so has a good scent throw in both electric and tea light warmers.

I have ensured that all of the products and ingredients are cruelty free.

I make in small batches, using high quality oils and ingredients from other small businesses which in turn helps to support other small business owners and their families too - that's a win win for me :)
